I began my journey in tech as a developer, but soon realized my passion lies in solving problems with empathy, clarity, and design thinking. This led me to pursue UX more deeply, earning certifications from the Google UX Design Certificate, UX Academy Foundation, and the UX Academy Advanced program.
My process is a balance of logic and empathy. I care about both user needs and business goals, and I enjoy collaborating with teams to turn insights into intuitive, accessible solutions. I’m especially interested in how behavioral and cognitive psychology can deepen user understanding.
